BCWARN-Tech
The BCWARN-Tech list is the main discussion mailing list for BCWARN. It is intended for people who have a technical background, be it in RF, Telco, TCP/IP, Linux, or anything else that has anything to do with the operation of an emergency communications system.
One goal of this mailing list is to allow users on the list to make suggestions for improvement, while further discussing and supporting the current emergency communications system and infrastructure in BC and surrounding areas.

BCWARN-Winlink
The BCWARN-Winlink list is for operators of Telpac nodes and users of Airmail which are not technical in nature, or do not have a desire to be included in the technical discussion of the emergency communications system. This list will mainly be used for periodic updates, major support issues and notifications. Furthermore, this list will enable BCWARN and PMBO administrators to notify the BC emergency communications user base of any changes, additions or outages that may affect them.
The BCWARN-PMBO-Announcement mailing list is a public list that is open to anyone and is recommended for Telpac node operators, Winlink users, and BCWARN node operators.

BCWARN-Announce
The BCWARN-Announce is for end users and groups that have no desire to be included in technical discussions. This list is mainly for the Core Network Team to be able to reach all current and interested groups or individuals with important information regarding hardware or network issues.
The BCWARN-Announce mailing list is a public list that is open to anyone and is recommended for node operators to stay informed.

BCWARN
The BCWARN list is for operators of high speed 2.4ghz hardware. It is mainly for discussion and decision-making regarding network design and implementation. This group is also know as the "Core Network Team"
The BCWARN list is not a public list. Groups or agencies that have BCWARN hardware are encouraged to have one representative on the BCWARN list, while other interested individuals join the BCWARN-Announce list.
