The idea behind the "Grab-n-Go Gateway" is that it replaces the ROOT node in a disaster. If the root node stops functioning, the new gateway is setup anywhere where there is BCWARN Repeater. The Gateway would ideally have a Satellite internet uplink, and would provide internet for certain protocols and applications.
There would be a battery capable of sustaining the setup for specific period of time. Alternate power sources such as Solar or Wind may also be an option.
